"I have recently moved into the MK area and have been less than impressed with a number of the agents. They are poor to return phonecalls and in many instances come across as if you are 'putting them out' when you wish to view a property. You often think with agents that once the 'deal is done' you are no longer a priority. "Fantastic Letting Agency We became landlords for the first time last year when we decided to rent out our property in Northamptonshire. We had our house with a national agency for probably 6 - 8 weeks but were getting nowhere. A friend recommended Prestige, to be honest we were a bit apprehensive as we had never heard of them but so glad we took their advice. We let the property with Prestige but kept it on with the existing agents. The most incredible thing were the photos they took, inside and out, they looked amazing. They let the house pretty quickly and we were delighted with the service and professionalism with the company. "I have been a landlord in and around Milton Keynes for more years than I care to remember! I have also sampled many letting agencies in my time some very good and some not so good. I moved one of my rental properties to Prestige in early 2009 after it had sat empty with my current agent for a number of weeks. Prestige were exceptionally professional, a joy to do business with and gave me help and advice to get my property let. I have subsequently moved my portfolio of properties to them one by one. The most important thing about Prestige is that I can trust them, and I know all my properties will receive the same level of service (regardless of rent amounts) and will be well looked after. Another important factor for me is to get my rent paid in a timely manner and without having to chase for payments continuously. Prestige have excelled at this and I never have to worry. It just goes to show even a veteran like me, not all agents are the same, take it from someone who has tried many!
