We’ve been professional tenants for over 12 years and have dealt with many letting agents during this time. Without a doubt, Prestige stands out as the most professional letting agent we’ve ever worked with – and we have very high expectations! From our very first meeting, they impressed us with their professionalism and straightforward approach. They didn’t try to oversell anything but instead focused on being a reliable partner, keeping their promises and delivering exactly what was agreed upon. Although it’s still relatively early days in our tenancy with them, we’ve already required their assistance and they’ve exceeded expectations. They’ve restored our faith that even in an industry often criticized for lack of regulation and transparency - honesty, reliability and professionalism can still prevail. Prestige sets the bar high, proving that letting agents can do things the right way. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

My husband and I were both new to the UK as we came here as teachers from Jamaica and was in need of an apartment ASAP. We we have tried several agencies and none of them could help us but after seeing our apartment being advertised we reached out to Prestige and in the space of 2 weeks we were moving into our place. The process was smooth and quick. They were there every step of the way and are still there. We can send a quick email asking anything and they will respond. I would and have been recommending them to all my friends and coworkers.

Our overall experience has been superb and I would recommend Prestige to anyone. Thank you guys.

Yin Man Chan - Nov/2023
I am relatively new to Prestige Estates and so far I am very satisfied with the service. Some background: Basically, I wanted a local outfit to manage my house while I’m away. I am a non-resident (UK) landlord with a house in MK. I left the UK in July ’23. As part of my research into rental management companies, I ‘interviewed’ three agencies. This is not the first time I have rented out my house. I was away travelling a few years back and rented my house out with an agency in MK. It was a very poor experience which left me both cautious and cynical about what agencies say they will do, and what they actually do (or don’t do as the case tuned out last time). Having interviewed the three (and done my research with due diligence) I went with Prestige and so far I am glad I did. Adam came around and I liked what he had to say. Yes, he gave a very good sales pitch but there was also a human element: for example, how Prestige responds to any emerging difficulties and the way tenants are selected. The fact that Prestige don’t take a percentage of outsourcing maintenance requirements was also a plus. The arrangement is working well for several reasons: 1) Selection of my tenant: it took a little longer than expected (this was acknowledged by Prestige) to find a ‘suitable’ tenant. My tenant is not just suitable, she is a very good fit for the house and house for her. I am in fact very pleased with her. She is professional, mature, and intelligent (I know this as I met her before she moved in and we have communicated since). To my knowledge she is looking after my house nicely, thank you very much. 2) Communication with Prestige: On the occasions I have communicated with Prestige (with any member of the team) they have been responsive, explained things clearly and they also do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it (a big deal in my playbook as the previous agency did not). Likewise, on the rare occasions they have had queries they have contacted me quickly. Again, good work. 3) Prestige are not the cheapest but money was not the only driver in my decision making. The quality and reliability of service is critical, especially when one lives several time zones away. My house is extremely important to me and when I return to the UK I will move back in. I wanted it managed professionally and competently. Prestige Estates is doing just that. 4) Prestige’s response to serious problems arising with tenant or my house is currently untested. I hope it remains so. However, in the event of such problems – and given Prestige’s form thus far - I am confident Prestige has the skills, resources, and experience to resolve such problems early and to the benefit of all parties. 5) Would I recommend Prestige Estates? Yes, I would. My house was and on my return to the UK will be my home. In my absence I want the rent paid on time and it looking after and treated with respect. Prestige and tenant are doing just that.

Prestige have been a FANTASTIC company to rent with. They've been polite, very efficient and extremely accommodating. We were having so much trouble finding a new place to call home - moving from quite a distance away - and they did absolutely everything in their power to help us out (so kind of you btw! we appreciated that SO MUCH). Every interaction with them has been friendly and professional. Best company I've let with by far.
Dan H - Jul/2023
One of the best if not the best estate agents, it was very easy to rent my current property. Thanks Prestige!
A Plevan - Jul/2023
This is the first place I've ever rented and moved 53 miles from London to MK and I've had nothing but amazing and supportive services from Prestige! Upon the initial viewing, the Agent was very friendly and showed us everything. They also allowed us as much time as me and my partner wanted to look around and envisage how we would want the place to look. The property is beautiful inside and out & we are honestly in LOVE with our home. As well as that, they ensured that we had a legionnaire check within weeks of us moving in and we recently had an inspection after 2 months of being here to ensure all sealants are in good nick to ensure we aren't getting condensation. I love the fact they left a note in one of our kitchen cupboards on how to report any issues and honestly I feel like I could go to them for anything. I would happily use this letting agency again, should we ever need to move home.
Becs - May/2023
Great letting agent. As a first time renter, they were really helpful. Made the process smooth and sorted out any issues as soon as possible. Staff are also friendly and informative.
P Tank - Jun/2023
Very professional service - as a tenant it’s hard to find agents that deliver a reliable, helpful and speedy service. All queries, including repairs, are handled in a calm and efficient manner. Very happy with all aspects of renting through Prestige Estates. Highly recommend.
Liza Chapman - Sep/2022
Prestige is the first agency I’m renting a house with. All team is very helpful, always responded to my emails and calls. Guided me through all process and helped with everything. I really hope for a long relation with Prestige Estates 😊
Magdalena Kawęcka - Oct/2022
I had a very quick and precise move with Prestige, everything was taken care of. Both members of the team i had the pleasure of meeting were extremely helpful and accommodating. My only constructive criticism would be more communication in regards to the third party companies prestige use, like the JustMoveIn service, whilst this was helpful i still had to chase up on a lot of things. But again not exactly Prestiges doing... Very good move and look forward to the future in my new property.
Taylor Lucas - Oct/2022
Prestige is the 3rd letting agency with I’m renting in UK. As of now its just 3 months now in this house and I am fully satisfied with Prestige team. They are all very helpful and responsive for any queries that we had. The process of renting was very straightforward and they insisted us to have a viewing before doing the commitment. We realise how important that was. We really appreciate that. Initially, we experienced some issues in the house and some maintenance and repair was required. With just a single call all issues are addressed in speedy service. Very good experience as of now and hope it will continue as same..
Raj Basu - Nov/2022
I have been renting via Prestige for several months now and I can't fault the service. They are incredibly efficient and helpful and are also very responsive to any queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige to landlords or tenants (in fact, I already have).
Lisa Stevenson - Apr/2022
It was my first time in renting a house in the UK. The letting agents were also very helpful and responsive for any queries that I had. The process of renting was very straightforward without much bureaucracy. Additionally, they offer a service called "Just move in" - excellent!! They set up all the bills for me, which is something that I had no idea to deal with, if I had too. I'm very happy with Prestige.
Carla - Mar/2022
We have been letting our property with Prestige for about 8 years now. From the very first encounter, Adam, Tony and the team have been combined a professional and proactive approach with a personal touch which has reassured us that we are in utterly safe hands. They are always timely in their communication and find cost-effective ways to manage situations which do not compromise quality or safety. Above all, we feel we can speak with all members of the team - including Jason and Louise - knowing that matters will be dealt with in a trustworthy and efficient way. They are indeed a gem!
Rissa de la Paz - Aug/2022
This is my 5th property that I have rented but my first with Prestige MK. I have to say they have been by far the best letting agents I have used. Jason met us initially when we went to view our property. They were not pushy at all and allowed us plenty of time to view the property. Once we decided to go ahead with the let, the process was very quick and easy. Communication was very good and we felt reassured throughout the process. Just before we were due to move in our property had a leak, Prestige allowed us to move the date of our move (if we wanted too) to allow them to carry out the work needed on the property or if we wanted to stay with the original date they would ensure the work was carried out fully. Again they communicated with us fully throughout taking into account our feelings. The check in was not rushed, we were given 2 days to check over the house and report anything not identified on the inventory. We were very pleased with our property and everything was explained clearly and there is an online form that you can use to report any issues. I cannot recommend Prestige highly enough if you are looking for a property.
Emma - Jun/2022
I've been a client of Prestige for over 10 years and throughout that time I have never needed to worry about my property. The team at Prestige have always been friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I strongly recommend using them.!!

Me and my partner were looking for a property in November with no luck until we found a property Prestige had available I called them up straight away and they told me the process. It was quick and easy and Louise who we was dealing with made sure we had a smooth process. Even now if we need anything doing or a query there friendly and will always help. Great Estate Agency!!!
David Southern - Jan/2022
Like other people that have written reviews we have had our own fair share of problems with other letting agencies. However this company has proven to be a real gem. They offer a full management service which was perfect for us. They worked closely with us to ensure the house was ready for renting and found tenants quickly. We have had a couple of issues since they moved in, ( boiler making odd noises and problems with the garden fence) both have been resolved without delay. They are also very knowledgeable regarding all the current regulations. I would highly recommend them.
Sharon Boddington - Feb/2022
After a terrible experience with another Estates Agent, we had the good luck to find Prestige and get everything on track again. They were very helpful, kind and polite from the first moment, and now that we are in the property, they remain the same way. Whenever we have an issue in the house, they respond quickly and efficiently. Highly recommendable.
Alejandro Vlasich - Nov/2021
I have used Prestige for our property management in Milton Keynes since 2015. As always with rental properties, there have frequently been maintenance and tenant issues. We have worked together to minimise the impact on me as a Landlord and on them as Managing Agents. Prestige have without exception been understanding, efficient, straightforward and fun to deal with! As a landlord I know it is difficult to make decisions about the right agency and there are many to choose from in the area. From my experience by choosing Prestige you cannot go far wrong.
Pamela Duggan - Feb/2022
I am very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Prestige. As a landlord you need to trust the people looking after your property and also to look after the tenants.
Paul Henchy - Jan/2022
As a landlord who has used Prestige for the last 18 months, I really can?t say enough good things about them. They are highly efficient, very knowledgeable and offer a friendly yet professional service. Having had a few issues with a tenancy, the support and service provided by the team has been nothing short of exceptional. I wouldn?t hesitate for a second in recommending Prestige, they are truly one of the most efficient and professional companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Kevin Brown - Jul/2018
Prestige Estates have been brilliant in helping us find the best home. This is the first time we've used them and we can say that their service has been top notch. They're very quick to resolve any issues or queries you ask them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to rent. The best letting agents in MK!
Mohammed Abdul Hamid - Feb/2019
I am currently a tenant with Prestige Estates and I am so pleased with them. I didn't have confidence in contacting yet another Estate Agent when I was looking for a house but I was advised of the house I am in now by Adam Taylor and he was so helpful and very professional. Adam was able to give me all the information I needed. The team who work at Prestige Estates are all really helpful and are very quick to get any queries answered promptly. I would definitely recommend Prestige Estate Agents to anyone.
Caroline Hewer - Feb/2019
-RECOMMENDED- Prestige Estates Mk Ltd is an extremely professional, responsive, efficient and cooperative letting agency that effectively performed it's procedures and operations amidst the lockdown and the difficulties and restrictions it brought. The agency managed to provide its services in a contact-free and hassle-free manner with positivity and professionalism. I highly recommend the agency to anyone in Milton Keynes looking for comfort and value for money through a reliable organisation!
Habeel Bin Zahur - Feb/2021
Right from the point when I first contacted them to view the property, a lovely gentlemen showed us around and explained everything that we needed to know. They have been more than accommodating to honour our requests in few areas to ensure our satisfaction. They took loads of pictures of the property to make sure there is transparency when we leave in future. It has been 6 months since we moved in and every-time we had a maintenance request, there has been excellent communication and prompt service to set things right. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to MK to use their services.
Julien Lourdes - Feb/2020
My dealings with prestige estates have been very good.Any issues I have had with the property, they have contacted myself to sort the issues as quickly as possible. Lovely friendly team at prestige estates. I would very much recommend prestige estates.
Kirsty Stewart - Feb/2021
We have used Prestige as our letting agent for the past four years. We now have three rental properties and have found Prestige to be exemplary in all that they do. It has to be one of the most friendly and efficient businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Any queries from tenants are dealt with quickly and professionally. Any bricks and mortar issues are also dealt with rapidly. If I haven?t got contacts for a particular trade Prestige have people who can attack almost every job quickly and at seriously competitive prices. I personally enjoy working with Prestige and trust them implicitly to do what they say they?re going to do. They are definitely way above anyone else in this field in the area. I would recommend Prestige, without hesitation, to both tenants and landlords. They are the best by far.
John Thynee - Dec/2021
Prestige Estates rented out our fully furnished 3/4 bed home for a year whilst we went abroad travelling. Adam came round to our house for an informal chat to discuss the process and explain in detail our obligations in terms of preparing our property for rental, and their services and how they focus on finding suitable and reliable tenants. The process was very easy, and transparent and their monthly charges were also very reasonable. Whilst we were away, Prestige took care of any issues and emailed us a monthly statement and a report of any minor repairs that were needed. They also sent us reports following property inspections, which put our minds at ease. We had no problems at all. It's so refreshing to deal with such a professional company that actually do what they promise they will do, without any hassle! They were always prompt with answering any queries and provided a very high standard of customer service. It took a few weeks for Prestige to introduce our tenants or actually bring anyone for a viewing of our property, but this is because they screen prospective tenants to ensure they are suitable for your property. They will not rent it to people who they suspect may be less reliable with paying rent on time, - less worry for you and less hassle for them too. Our tenants were angels, they left the property so clean and tidy we even cancelled the final cleaners! We could not have asked for more. Highly recommended.
Sharon Holroyd - Feb/2015
We have been renting from Prestige Estates for 11 months now and we are very happy with their service. Any problem that we've had they have sorted it out. Everyone is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I was really worried having to go through an agency as I have issues before but these guys are by far the best. If you are looking for a good estate agent then it's these guys!
Cathrine Coburn - Mar/2019
Prestige have been fantastic estate agents. Extremely friendly and professional from the outset. Everything has been fairly straight forward in regards to paperwork and providing general information about the property. They're a high quality agency who I feel have been honest and helpful. Definitely would recommend!
Sarra El-Badawi - Feb/2020
We've been renting from Prestige for about 9 months now and we are very happy. From the day we viewed the house to today, it's all been smooth sailing! Any issues we've had, have been dealt with effectively. If anything needs replacing or fixing but the tenant can't be at the property, they can assist with that, which is very helpful. Same as when they do inspections, which are basic and quick. We feel very comfortable and are never bothered however, if we do need to contact the agents, they are always available and happy to help. We are happy with the service we continue to receive. We would recommend Prestige!
Leilani Lea'aetoa - Feb/2020
Prestige are a small, friendly team who provide a really good service. When I first viewed the property they had an excellent level of knowledge about it, from the boiler to the bins, and answered all my questions. I feel confident that they would be quick and efficient at sorting out any repairs I may need in future. The administration process of renting with them was very quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Klaus Friebe - Feb/2021
From first contact to date Prestige have been excellent to deal with. The property we rent has had a few small issues that needed dealing with both at the time of moving in and after. Every contact we have had has been dealt with quickly and professionally. I have dealt with some agencies in the past and so far Prestige have been the best. They have answered any query we have had in regards to fees and payments quickly. With the current changes in the law in regards to fees we have kept up to date every step of the way. If we had to rent again I would use Prestige first.
Jon Berrill - Feb/2020
Having purchased a new rental property in Milton Keynes in 2020, I appointed Prestige Estates to manage the property. They have been very proactive, knowledgeable and flexible. They were most helpful with works that had to be done to get the property ready to put on the market. They communicate very well and offer good value for money. Adam and Tony are very customer focused and I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige to Landlords and Tenants.

We've been looking for housing option for our requirements. And found it in this Agency. When we arrived to look house, the previous tenants just moved out and he was in a terrible state. We can highly recommend the Prestige Estates team. They are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their response times are amazing. The small things they do that make the difference, like the handy tips sent through just before we were going into our first UK winter and going through the house with us and explaining the difference between the boiler and heating... :-) Thank you Prestige Team, we will be back.
Laura Friebe - Dec/2021
Clearly one of, if not the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. Extremely quick in their responses, very professional and they take care of you whether you're a tenant or a landlord. They took care of transferring our bills which is easily the biggest headache when moving. Will be looking for prestige properties in the future because I know they will be professional and efficient. Very easy to reach too if there is a problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about Prestige! Prestige have been amazing from the get go. I have experience with a number of letting agents and Prestige are the best of the bunch, they are extremely knowledgeable, work hard to look after both the landlord and tenants’ best interests, but also have the personal touch as well so you know that you will always get great help and service when dealing with them. Where there are have been potentially difficult situations with tenants they always handle the situation extremely professionally and strive to get the best outcome for everyone. I would highly recommend Excellent and Reliable Letting Agents My first renting experience with Prestige was for 4.5 years I had no issues, property was clean to move into and they were friendly and if anything needed to be looked at within the property they were prompt to sort. This is now my second time of renting through Prestige and again they have been Excellent.

We have used Prestige to manage a small portfolio of properties for the last 3 years. They are always provide a friendly service and are very professional in dealing with all manner of issues that arise from renting properties. They are excellent at sourcing suitable tenants in a timely manner, which gives the landlord real peace of mind that their property is in good hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Renting a house is a completely new experience for us. We approached a number of agents to discuss our needs and the properties available. Prestige Estates MK were like a breath of fresh air compared with others. They were on time for viewings and gave us time to look at the properties properly and weren't looking at their watches to hurry us up. With others we had been told that they didn't have much time because of other appointments booked! The process of taking on the tenancy was very well organised by Prestige and since we moved in we have had 2 maintenance issues which have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Prestige to anyone looking to rent a property.
