    We offer a very competitive and transparent fee structure

    Our Letting & Management Service is 13.2% inc VAT (11% +VAT) of the monthly rent achieved.

    New tenancy setup - £300 inc VAT (£250 + VAT)

    Negotiating a renewal of a fixed term tenancy - £120 inc VAT (£100 + VAT)

    We are also able to arrange Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Legionella Risk Assessments and Landlord Gas Safety certificates at a cost of £84 inc VAT (£70 + VAT). Where landlords prefer to arrange these themselves no charge is made as long as the certificates are provided to us by the required date.
